Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Executive role based in Chennai. The Call Center Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to patient inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide clear information about hospital services and procedures. The role involves accurately recording patient details, updating records in hospital systems, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow.



The executive will address basic service-related concerns, guide callers to appropriate departments, adhere to call handling protocols, and maintain a courteous, empathetic, and professional communication style at all times.
Qualifications
• Candidates should have minimum bachelor degree and possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem resolution.
• Candidates should have 1--2 years of experience in hospital or healthcare industry and possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shift and possess experience working in Contact Centers or call handling environments, with familiarity in call routing, ticketing, or CRM systems.
