Guru Outdoors India Pvt Ltd is looking for a practical, business-minded Legal Manager to support the company’s corporate legal work. You’ll help review and manage contracts, coordinate corporate filings and records, advise teams on legal risks, and work with external counsel and consultants when needed.
This role is suited to someone who can handle day-to-day legal matters independently, keep documentation in positive order, and explain legal issues clearly to non-legal teams.

Roles:-

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial documents such as vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, work orders, leases, and MoUs.
• Maintain a central record of contracts, approvals, notices, and other legal documents; track key dates and renewal requirements.
• Coordinate corporate-law filings, statutory records, and governance documentation with the Company Secretary, CA, and external consultants.
• Support board and shareholder meeting documentation, including notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions, where applicable.




• Advise management and business teams on contractual obligations, legal exposure, and practical options.
• Support due diligence, audits, and responses to legal or regulatory information requests.
• Coordinate with external lawyers on disputes, claims, notices, and litigation matters.
• Assist with legal requirements for vendor onboarding, client projects, and business operations.
• Track changes in applicable laws and flag relevant compliance requirements to management.
• Maintain clear, accurate records and provide timely updates on open legal matters.

Requirements:-

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate or commercial legal work, preferably in-house or with a law firm advising businesses.
• LL.B. degree from a recognised institution.
• Strong drafting and contract-review skills.
• Working knowledge of Indian corporate and commercial law; exposure to the Companies Act, 2013, and MCA/ROC processes is pre
