Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, billing, statutory compliance, vendor management, company payments, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Zoho Billing,
GST filing, TDS calculations, invoicing, and financial documentation, along with solid coordination and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Billing and Invoicing: Handle billing and invoice generation using Zoho Billing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• GST Compliance: Manage GST-related activities, including return preparation, filing, and maintenance of relevant records.
• TDS Compliance: Calculate TDS, maintain supporting documentation, and assist with TDS return filing and other applicable compliance requirements.
• Company Payments: Process payments to vendors and service providers, track payment schedules, and ensure timely processing of approved payments.
