About the Role• We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, discreet, and dependable Executive Assistant to the CEO.




• This is a high-trust role with significant visibility into the CEO’s day-to-day activities and company operations. The Executive Assistant will help manage priorities, communications, scheduling, follow-ups, meetings, travel, and other executive-level coordination.
• The ideal candidate is someone who creates structure, anticipates needs, follows through consistently, and takes ownership without requiring constant direction.
• This position is remote from India, but the candidate must be comfortable working primarily during U.S. Central Time hours.
