Role Description The Service Advisor role at Kun Hyundai Chennai is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle service needs, and accurately documenting concerns in job cards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with technicians, explaining recommended repairs and services, preparing estimates, and obtaining customer approvals.



The role also involves monitoring work progress, ensuring timely delivery of vehicles, and maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the service process. Qualifications
