Sunshine Coast Radiology (SCR) is looking for enthusiastic and qualified Medical Receptionists to join our growing teams across the Sunshine Coast.

About the Role
As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll be an important part of the patient journey and the wider clinical team.
Your day will include:
• Welcoming patients and providing friendly, professional service
• Managing appointments,
bookings and patient enquiries
• Answering phones and responding to patient queries
• Processing accounts, Medicare and private health claims
• Supporting Radiologists, Sonographers and Radiographers
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient information
• Liaising with patients, referrers and medical practices
• Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
• Participating in team meetings, training and ongoing development
About You
