Role Description
This full-time, in office Sales Executive – B2B role is based in Gurugram and focuses on acquiring and managing B2B clients for Wizard Lifestyle’s concierge services. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, conduct meetings and presentations with decision makers, and develop tailored proposals to address B2B client needs. The role involves negotiating contracts, closing deals, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.





Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a territory-mapped prospect list across corporate offices, residential societies, commercial hubs, hospitals, hotels, institutions, and other B2B establishments across assigned NCR zones.
• Generate new business through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and in-person client meetings.
• Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting and first meeting through proposal, negotiation, contract closure, onboarding, and account management.
• Conduct client site visits and surveys to understand manpower requirements, task volumes, coverage hours, service requirements, and operational complexity before preparing quotations.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and negotiate pricing, rate cards, SLAs, payment terms, and contract duration within approved commercial and margin guidelines.
