We are seeking a customer-focused and data-drivenPortfolio Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, helping clients maximize the value of our solutions and achieve their business objectives.
As a trusted advisor, you will build strong customer relationships through digital and virtual engagement, drive product adoption, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with customers' business goals.
- Drive product adoption and support customers in achieving desired outcomes.
- Engage regularly with customers through digital and virtual interactions.
- Monitor account health, customer satisfaction, product usage, and renewal risks.




- Proactively identify and resolve customer challenges while uncovering growth opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with Sales on renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
- Share industry insights and best practices to help customers succeed.
- Maintain accurate customer data and activity records within CRM platforms

Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Proven experience managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills, with experience conducting virtual customer engagements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience working with CRM and customer success platforms in a SaaS environment.
