Finkraft is a Bengaluru-based travel-fintech recovering money that large enterprises silently lose every year in their expense and compliance processes. We work with 1,250+ enterprise clients, including HCL, Philips, Volkswagen, Cipla, BCG, Tata Communications, JSW, Cleartrip and BCD — Fortune 500 manufacturers, global consulting firms and India's largest IT services and travel companies.

For a single client this runs into crores a year. We've built the platform and the data engine. What turns it into recovered money is a network of partner businesses doing their part — and that is the function you'd be joining.

Role & responsibilities
• Own a partner portfolio end to end. You're the single point of contact for your set of partner businesses — onboarding them, getting them transacting, and keeping the relationship warm enough that next month is easier than this one.

• Drive high-volume outbound follow-ups. This is a phone-first role:



60–90 conversations a day with operations staff, finance teams and business owners to close out pending documentation and commitments.

• Escalate and unblock. When a partner who committed three weeks ago goes quiet, there's no escalation matrix handed to you. You work out who in that organisation can actually say yes, and you get to them — by phone, by WhatsApp, or by showing up.

• Onboard recent partners onto the platform, walking them through the process and getting them to first transaction quickly.

• Conduct on-ground visits across Bengaluru where a face across the table moves things faster than a call — to onboard, unblock, or repair a stalled relationship.

• Resolve client escalations. When an enterprise client flags something missing, you're the person who chases it down, fixes it, and reports back.
