About the Role
The Sales Support Team Lead is a key leadership role within Sales Enablement, responsible for leading and developing a team of Sales Support Analysts who provide operational and transactional support to the sales organization. The role combines team management, operational excellence, and hands-on subject matter expertise across complex sales processes, quote configuration, contract administration, and order management.
This leader serves as a trusted escalation point and cross-functional partner to Sales, Renewals, Contracts, Billing, and IT. The Team Lead will strengthen team capability, improve business processes, and help create a consistent, scalable experience for internal stakeholders. The role is well suited to a people leader who can balance daily delivery with coaching, continuous improvement, and forward-looking process innovation.

What You Will Own
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Support Analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.





• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance discussions, and career-development coaching.

• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new team members, ensuring operational readiness, knowledge transfer, and consistent standards.

• Monitor team performance, service levels, workload distribution, and development needs; take timely action to address risks and maintain effective support coverage.

Sales Operations Support
• Own and manage the queue of incoming sales operations requests in Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accurate prioritization, timely resolution, and a solid stakeholder experience.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex quoting, contract, amendment, site-consolidation, migration-order, and order-management inquiries.

• Provide expert guidance to Account Executives on quote configuration, pricing, and sales processes within Salesforce and CPQ.

• Deliver white-glove operational support
