About the Role
SpriteEra IT Solutions is looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate current business leads for our IT and digital services, connect with potential clients, understand their basic requirements, and build a strong sales pipeline for the company.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, social media, LinkedIn, and online research.
• Identify businesses that may require our IT and digital services.
• Contact potential clients and introduce SpriteEra's services professionally.
• Understand the client's basic requirements and identify business opportunities.
• Qualify leads based on requirements, budget, and project needs.
• Maintain and update lead information in the company's CRM or tracking system.




• Regularly follow up with potential clients.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales/technical team.
• Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
• Research new industries and businesses to identify potential customers.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professional relationships with prospects until the lead is successfully handed over to the sales team.

Requirements
• 0–5 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with new people over phone calls.
• Basic knowledge of computers, Google Search, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
