About the SchoolBirla Open Minds International School, Hisar is an upcoming K–12 school, commencing its first academic session in 2027–28. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead the school through its establishment and growth journey.

Key Responsibilities• Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership for the school.
• Lead curriculum planning, implementation, assessment, and academic quality.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing teaching and administrative team.
• Drive teacher recruitment, induction, career development, and performance management.
• Establish effective school policies, systems, processes, and a positive school culture.
• Monitor student learning, development, and overall wellbeing.




• Lead and oversee the admissions process and parent engagement.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, staff, management, and the wider community.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Represent the school at relevant external forums and community engagements.
• Support the school’s long-term growth and development as it expands towards K–12.
