We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with 8+ years of work experience to join our team in Bengaluru.

This role is suited to a robust technical engineer who will support major building type projects across the Middle East, UK, US and other international regions. The successful candidate will take ownership of structural design packages, supporting Associates in delivering complex projects across multiple regions from concept through to detailed design.

Your next role

• Take ownership and responsibility for the technical delivery of structural design packages from concept to detailed design, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements.
• Lead day-to-day design activities within the project team




• Lead and review the preparation of sketches, calculations, analysis models, reports, drawings and presentations on time and to budget.
• Supervise, mentor and review the work of junior engineers and BIM technicians to ensure high-quality outputs and coordinated deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve interfaces and maintain design alignment.
• Work closely with international project teams to coordinate design, align approaches and resolve technical challenges.
• Lead and support client interactions, design reviews, and technical discussions, representing the project team as required.
• Monitor progress against programme and highlight risks, delays, or technical issues
• Contribute to design decision-making while ensuring alignment with project objectives, budget, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal QA/QC processes and actively drive qual
