We are urgently hiring for the position of Manager/ Senior Manager/ General Manager/Assistant Vice President – Corporate Sales (General Insurance – Commercial) for our Bengaluru office.

The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of experience in corporate/commercial insurance sales, with solid expertise in Property, Liability, Marine, Engineering, Employee Benefits, and a proven track record in large account acquisition, key account management, and CXO-level relationship management.

The role includes driving regional business growth, managing insurer relationships, and ensuring strong adherence to IRDAI and broking standards.

Business Development & Client Acquisition

- Identify, target and acquire new corporate clients across sectors.
/n
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
/n
- Prepare and deliver customized insurance solutions to corporate clients.
/n

2. Client Relationship Management
/n
/n
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.
/n
- Coordinate with placement, operations and claims teams to ensure seamless client experience.
/n

3. Market & Product Knowledge
/n
/n
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products, market trend and underwriting practices.
/n
- Stay updated with IRDAI
/n
/n
4.Sales Planning & Reporting
/n
/n
- Prepare annual and quarterly sales plans and forecasts.
/n
- Track performance metrics and provide regular sales reports to Reporting Head.
/n
- Participate in business review meetings and contribute to strategic initiatives.
