• Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct intakes- first-session consultations
• Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy for children, adolescents and young adults (typically between 7-25 years)
• Conduct comprehensive cognitive/psychoeducational assessments
• Contribute to training programmes, workshops and community outreach initiatives
• Supervise early-career psychologists (based on experience)
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care
• Delivering one-to-one evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions online and offline
• Administering psychometric and cognitive assessments, scoring, interpreting, and reporting the same
• Conceptualising and delivering specialised workshops and webinars
• Developing and engaging with specialised clinical protocols
• Content research and development for proprietary products
• Supervising and monitoring online forums (e.g., communities)
• Leadership, training, and supervision of current members of the team
