• Business Delivery & Profitability:
• Own the branch budget — volume, value, product mix and profitability and run the branch as a self-sustaining profit centre.
• Build and execute the strategy to grow market share across Room Air Conditioners, Commercial Refrigeration, Home Appliances – Voltas Beko and Home Comfort Products in the assigned geography.
• Grow revenue from non-AC products and improve the contribution of higher-margin categories.
• Drive service revenue, AMC penetration and accessory sales along with the Branch Service team.
• Market, Competition & Forecasting:
• Stay physically close to the market — counters, dealers and institutions and read competition schemes, pricing and go-to-market moves early.
• Build counterstrategies with the Regional and Marketing teams and deploy them ahead of season.
• Own product forecasting for the branch and align demand planning with Supply Chain.
• Channel & Network Expansion:
• Expand and deepen the network — Retail, Shop-in-Shop, SSDs, Brand Shops,



Up-to-date Trade and Institutional accounts — in both urban and under-served markets.
• Develop and nurture existing partners; protect distributor ROI, resolve claims and escalations, and keep partner relationships healthy.
• Enhance brand visibility — display, planogram adherence, merchandising and in-store presence at key counters.
• Working Capital & Commercial Discipline:
• Manage branch working capital — outstanding, credit exposure, ageing and collections — within laid-down norms.
• Minimise cheque returns and overdue accounts; enforce commercial policy and trade terms without exception.
• Ensure administrative, commercial and statutory discipline across all branch operations.
• Supply Chain & Inventory:
• Track branch-level logistics, secondary movement and warehouse operations closely.
• Manage inventory health — stock norms, ageing, damages and non-moving lines — and meet TBEM standards on process and quality.
