About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with solid expertise in C#/.NET to build and scale Leadrat’s flagship Presales CRM, LeadratBlack.

Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core.

Work with EF Core, PostgreSQL and Redis for high-performance applications.

-

Design and maintain multi-tenant SaaS systems.

-

Build background jobs, queues and third-party integrations.

-

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.

-

Review code, maintain engineering standards and mentor engineers.

-

Collaborate with Product, QA and DevOps teams.

-

Work on AI-powered features and leverage AI coding tools.

Must-Have Skills

-

5–8 years of hands-on experience in C#/.NET.

Strong ASP.NET Core Web API and REST API experience.

-

Good knowledge of EF Core, PostgreSQL and SQL optimization.

-

Experience with Redis/distributed caching.

-

Strong understanding of async programming and concurrency.

-

Experience with Azure or any major cloud platform.

-

Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID and design patterns.

-

Experience with Git, CI/CD and unit/integration testing.

-

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

-

Multi-tenant SaaS experience.

-

Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Hangfire or similar.

Docker/Kubernetes/AKS exposure.

-

Experience with LLM APIs, MCP or AI-powered products.

CRM, ERP, marketplace or real-estate domain experience.
