About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled and collaborative SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in enabling seamless billing and mediation processes for large-scale enterprise clients—particularly in fast-paced industries like Telecom, Insurance, and Retail. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to design, configure, and support robust integration solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

- Design, implement, and maintain SAP BRIM CM solutions to support complex billing and mediation workflows

- Configure and support integration scenarios using SFTP, EDI, APIs, and custom mapping tools

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a solid focus on system reliability and data integrity

- Contribute to BRIM/S/4HANA transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth migration and adoption

Who You Are





- A problem-solver with 8+ years of overall IT experience—including 2+ years of hands-on work with SAP BRIM CM

- Proficient in integration technologies such as SFTP, EDI, and APIs, with a strong grasp of data mediation principles

- Skilled in data mapping and transformation, with experience turning raw data into actionable business insights

- Comfortable supporting live systems—able to triage issues, manage incidents, and provide timely resolutions

- A team player who thrives in collaborative, distributed environments (on-site, offshore, and hybrid setups)

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or BRIM transformation projects

- Familiarity with Java (for light customization or scripting needs)

- Domain knowledge in Telecom, Insurance, or Retail (though not required—training provided!)
