Skills : In depth knowledge of elevator or core engineering products and technology- System level

Exposure to SAP processes (delivery, customer) and digital technologies.

Awareness of R&D; solution creation processes & methods.

Proficiency in lean and agile ways of working…exposure to tools like JIRA is an absolute need.

Certification in Agile processes will be an added advantage

Experience

12-15 years of overall experience

- Min. 5 years of Project management experience in core R&D; will be a key advantage.

Education with Specialization

B.E/M.E ( Mechanical (or) Electrical/Electronics)

- Lead and manage cutting-edge projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
