Manage laboratory operations and R&D; activities.




Monitor refining and bleaching processes from a quality perspective.
Develop and improve testing methods and quality parameters.
Ensure raw materials and finished products meet quality standards.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for process improvement.
Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
Support R&D; initiatives for product and process development.
