U.P.PRO provides inventory management and supply chain services to leading global companies. We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory-control operations in a complex manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on individual-contributor role requiring strong ownership, analytical skills, and collaboration with local and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor end-to-end inventory-control activities.
- Ensure alignment between physical inventory and ERP records.
- Perform inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate cycle counts, inventory audits, adjustments, and scrap processes.
- Monitor inventory movements and support the resolution of material, shipment, BOM, and inventory-related issues.
- Maintain accurate reports, controls, documentation, and SOPs.
- Drive corrective actions and operational issues through resolution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and the use of AI tools.
- Work closely with manufacturing, logistics, finance, and global operations teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain,



Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
- Hands-on experience with inventory reconciliation, physical counts, discrepancy investigation, and inventory controls.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP systems. SAP experience is a strong advantage.
- Solid Excel and data-analysis skills.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and drive execution without direct authority.
- Proactive, assertive, organized, and solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work on-site on a daily basis.
