About the Role

We are hiring for our client, a fast-growing e-commerce business, for an FP&A; / Business Finance qualified to drive financial planning, performance analysis, forecasting, and business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Own monthly P&L; and Balance Sheet for the assigned business/unit.

- Partner with Accounting for monthly closure and ensure financial accuracy.

- Drive Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast variance analysis and identify key business drivers.

- Analyse revenue, costs, margins, and profitability trends.

- Build and maintain MIS, dashboards, financial models, and rolling forecasts.

- Support annual budgeting and periodic re-forecasting.

- Work closely with Business and Operations teams to understand financial and operational drivers.





- Present key insights, risks, and recommendations to the CFO and leadership team.

Must-Have

- CA / equivalent qualification.

- 3+ years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, or Financial Reporting.

- Strong understanding of P&L; and Balance Sheet.

- Advanced Excel, MIS, dashboarding, and financial modelling skills.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Preferred

- Experience in E-commerce, D2C, Retail, or Consumer businesses.
