The Retail Jeweller Magazine is India's leading B2B jewellery media platform, connecting the jewellery industry through publications, conferences, awards, and networking events. Known as India s favorite business magazine and tabloid of jeweler retailers, the magazine is read in across 603 cities and towns of India. The company also organizes the - Retail Jeweller India Awards, India s most prestigious and elite event for jeweler retailers.

Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Kurla – Phoenix Paragon Plaza
Working Days: 5 days a week
Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:
- Make inbound and outbound calls to clients and customers.
- Follow up with clients and maintain good relationships.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations.
- Maintain client records,



call details, and follow-ups in MS Excel.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and maintain accurate data.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making regular calls and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Qualifications:
- Any Graduation

Candidate Location: Candidates based in Mumbai will be preferred.
