We are looking
for a self-motivated and energetic Sales Director to drive business growth
through sales strategy, business development, key-account management, and
customer engagement. The role involves developing and executing sales
strategies, managing key accounts independently, driving qualified
opportunities from identification through closure, and collaborating with
business units and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Vice President of Sales.

• Manage customer accounts independently and
maintain robust relationships with key influencers, stakeholders, and
decision-makers across customer organizations.

• Understand market trends and adapt sales
strategies accordingly.

• Implement sales strategies to sustain existing
business and achieve account growth objectives through customer requirement
identification, budget assessment and approvals, quotation management,
negotiations, and closure of qualified opportunities.

• Build, maintain, and periodically present
organizational charts covering executives, influencers,



and decision-makers for
accounts with annualized revenue above $100K to the VP of Sales, CRO, and CEO.

• Work closely with Business Unit Heads, VP of
Sales, and Chief Revenue Officer on go-to-market and customer acquisition
strategies.

• Analyze bookings across MulticoreWare business
units and drive actions to improve growth.

• Collaborate with business units to develop
effective product, solution, and capability materials aligned with customer,
segment, and market requirements.

• Continuously review customer activities including
FCM, FTM, SOW, and negotiations with the Vice President of Sales.

• Prepare customer visit and sales reports and
provide feedback to the VP of Sales and CRO.

• Work closely with Sales Operations to address
account operational needs.

• Maintain CRM contacts and opportunities,
including deal value, status, progression, and pipeline information.
