What you'll bring
Bring your deep expertise in sales leadership, P&L; management, and the ability to lead complex multi-functional teams and programmes that drive profitable growth at scale. Experience of working in a cross-functional, highly matrix organization, including knowledge of global/regional/country organizational dynamics.
15+ years of business experience in SaaS and/or Technology Sales or Consulting, with leading consulting/business applications/IT companies. People management with successful track record in leading sizeable team of sales individual contributors. Strong executive presence and proven abilities in leading & managing business across large & strategic customers. Relationships & experience of working with large BFSI clients. Strategic thinking with high degree of creativity & innovation to grow cloud business. Bachelor equivalent and post-graduation in management is preferred
