Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Project Manager (Wind) to lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale wind power projects across India. This is a strategic role based out of Mumbai HO, with frequent travel to project sites during critical phases. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing multi-megawatt wind projects from concept to commissioning, including land acquisition coordination, EPC management, and site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution




- Lead the complete lifecycle of wind project execution – from DPR, engineering coordination, procurement follow-ups, and site mobilization to COD.
- Develop detailed project execution plans and drive adherence to cost, time, and quality targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including land, engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction for smooth implementation.
- Track project milestones, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.

Site Coordination & Monitoring
- Frequently travel to project locations to monitor construction progress, contractor performance, and quality.
- Address on-ground challenges such as terrain issues, access roads, equipment movement, and local clearances.
- Ensure adherence to EHS (Setting, Health & Safety) standards during execution.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Interface with turbine suppliers, EPC contractors, civil and electri
