The Prospect
The Specialist plays a key role within the Talent Acquisition Onboarding team, supporting end-to-end onboarding, recruiting operations, and Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) activities.
This role partners closely with recruiters, candidates, onboarding teams, internal stakeholders, technology teams, and compliance/process owners to ensure smooth candidate experience, accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and effective execution of operational processes.
What You’ll Do
• • o Coordinate and support end-to-end onboarding activities across recruiters, candidates, and internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of onboarding requirements.




• o Drive process excellence within onboarding operations by maintaining accuracy, consistency, and adherence to defined timelines and procedures.
• o Manage onboarding documentation, background-check follow-ups, candidate communications, and related operational activities.
• o Monitor and manage Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) processes, including documentation tracking, follow-ups, compliance requirements, and stakeholder coordination.
• o Manage escalations by identifying issues, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and driving timely resolution.
• o Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, dashboards, and status updates to provide visibility into onboarding, PERM, and TA operations.
• o Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• o Support process improvement initiatives to enhance the onboarding experience, reduce manual effort
