Join our team of dedicated HR professionals in USI who support global teams. The USI Sourcing Assistant Manager will provide local management of the teams supporting stakeholders.
The right candidate for this role of a Sourcing - Assistant Manager will work with the USI Sourcing team and provide local management support to the team members supporting onshore HR Sourcing. The Assistant Manager will serve as an expert on direct sourcing strategies, tools, methodologies and practices. You may work on any of our businesses involving Consulting, Tax, Advisory, or Audit. This role requires a high degree of engagement with the USI team members, effective team management, people management skills and builds strong relationships with teams.
Work you’ll do
As a part of the team, you will:




• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Sourcing team
• Partner with aligned sourcing/recruitment/business stakeholders in expanding the scope of research services
• Administer reactive talent sourcing while driving towards a more proactive talent pipelining approach targeted at mid, senior, and executive roles (PPMD level) across all assigned Industries and Offering portfolios
• Pursue every available outlet (deep web search, social media, databases, networking, internet, job boards, in-house channels) to find the intelligence/information that is requested
• Execute various type of research requests like talent mapping, market data intelligence, compensation analysis, name generation etc.
• Recommend tools, channels, and best-practices for talent attraction and sourcing globally
• Develop holistic talent identification and research strategies to solve for business talent needs
• Identify emerging recruiting platforms
