THE CHANCE
The Senior Consultant is a founding delivery and pursuit hire for the growing MENA Learning & Change capability. The role translates complex client and RFP requirements into practical learning, adoption and capability-building solutions, then owns key workstreams through delivery.
The successful candidate will combine Learning & Development consulting, organisational change management, proposal development, facilitation and responsible AI usage. The role supports MENA priorities, with KSA as the primary growth market and government, energy and financial services as sector priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client delivery and workstream ownership
• Own one or more learning and change workstreams across scope, quality, schedule, effort, dependencies, risks and client communication.
• Lead discovery interviews, focus groups, learning needs analyses, skills-gap assessments, stakeholder workshops and design sessions.
