Job Title: Assistant Manager Operation Solar O&M;

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager of Operations for our Solar O&M; department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar operations and maintenance, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing solar projects. As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our solar facilities, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the operations and maintenance activities of solar projects
• Implement and maintain best practices for solar O&M;
• Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar operations and maintenance




• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Work Experience

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Site Operations Manager on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance, as well as experience in monitoring plant power generation. In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent team leading skills and be able to conduct cost analysis for solar O&M; sites.
