1. Mission

We are hiring a Business Analyst to power our Sales and Marketing strategy through rigorous analytics, funnel tracking, and insight-driven decision-making. Embedded within the Go-to-Market (GTM) function, spanning Sales and Marketing, this role will work directly with leadership to drive pipeline health, revenue forecasting, conversion analysis, and incentive execution.

The role is critical to understanding how effectively our GTM engine is functioning and identifying the levers required to improve performance.

2. Outcomes & Responsibilities

Revenue & Funnel Analysis:

- Track revenue performance across segments, geographies, and channels.
- Analyze the end-to-end GTM funnel, from leads to closure, to identify funnel leaks, track conversion rates,



and recommend interventions.
- Drive insights by segment, including product, customer size, and region, to inform targeting, GTM motion design, and sales playbooks.
- Benchmark sales team performance through quota attainment, ramp-up, and productivity metrics.

Dashboarding & Reporting:

- Build and maintain dashboards in QuickSight for GTM metrics and performance reviews.
- Own metric hygiene and alignment across Sales, Demand Generation, and Operations teams.

Incentive Automation:

- Support the design and execution of incentive plans.
- Automate incentive dashboards and payout logic to ensure accurate and timely payouts.
- Monitor the relationship between incentives and performance, and provide data-driven suggestions to improve incentive effectiveness.

Governance Enablement:

- Drive readiness for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and forecast reviews by ensuring timely reports with insights and action points.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Finance to triangulate pipeline, booking, and quota models.

3. Requirements & Competencies

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in GTM, Sales, or Revenue Analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.

Technical Skills:

- Strong command of SQL and Excel.
- Hands-on experience with QuickSight, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar dashboarding and reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of GTM metrics, including revenue, pipeline coverage, funnel conversions, and sales productivity.
- Experience with incentive modeling or payout automation is a plus.

- Strong analytical thinking and business intuition.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for GTM leaders.
