Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop, system, and application issues.

- Collaborate with team members to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems using various tools such as OS installation, Lotus Notes, MS Outlook configuration.

- Document all incidents and resolutions in a timely manner.

- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or vendors when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in IT End User Support or related field (B.Tech / B.E. degree).

- Solid knowledge of desktop support, system support, OS installation (Windows & Mac), Lotus Notes, MS Outlook configuration.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
