we are looking for a driven and proactive Sales Development Executive to help generate current business opportunities and fuel our sales pipeline.

Shift: 6:00pm 3:30am IST + Free pick & drop + Free meals + uncapped incentives
Focus: B2B Lead Generation | IT Services | US Market

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads for services such as:

- Microsoft Expertise
- Salesforce & ServiceNow Consulting
- Data Engineering & Application Development
- Web Modernization & Mobile App Development
- UI/UX Design
- Cloud Services & Cyber Security

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
- Research and identify potential clients in target geographies, industries, and roles.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategy.
- Set up qualified meetings/demos for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- 1-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales developmentpreferably in the IT services or consulting domain.
- Proven success in generating leads for technology consulting services.
- Familiarity with prospecting and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar.
- Excellent communication skillswritten and verbal.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel management and lead qualification.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
