Role: Domestic IT Recruiter
Location: Artha SEZ Techzone 4, Amrapali Dream Valley, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201318
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM IST (5 Days Working)
Experience Required: 1 4 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Work on C2H and Permanent hiring models
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures




- Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, skilled networks, and referrals

- Big Data Engineer
- SAP Consultant
- Cybersecurity Specialist
- Python Developer
- Angular React Developer
- Java & .NET professionals (with the ability to identify related technologies and relevant keywords) etc

- Strong experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
- Proficiency with Naukri, Monster, and other sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
