Agents have to handle Chat, Emails & calls from customer, he/she shall fluently speak, write and comprehend in English, and Hindi.
Eligibility Criterias :-
• Execellent Communication in English.
• only Experienced candidates can apply
• Graduates & Undergraduates.
• Experience candidates must have minimum 6 months of documented experience in any customer Service.
• Six days working and 1 rotational Week off.
• Training is Paid/ Mandatory to explicit certification post Training.
