*What we look for in a Landscape Architect someone who questions the norm, and dares to do things differently:*

*First impressions, engineered.* From the entrance gate to the sense of arrival to the temple design - you set the emotional tone before anyone steps inside a home.

*Design that sells, not just design that looks positive.* Sales setup landscapes, water features, sculpture, lighting - every element you design shapes what a customer feels standing there.

*Ownership till possession, not just till approval.* From DD level to plantation sign-off to FMM handoveryour design intent lives through execution and beyond.

*Brochure-to-site integrity.* What's promised on paper - down to the last plant and paver - is what stands on ground, and you make sure of it.

*Master coordinator,

not lone wolf.* Vendors, EC, RERA, 3D teams, marketing - you're the thread tying every green space together.

*Technical depth that never stops learning.* Irrigation, lighting automation, plantation standards, NBC/IGBC norms - the details are where the real design lives.

*Product experience obsessed.* You don't just landscape a plot - you design how people pause, breathe, and feel in it.

*Bold, fearless, unapologetically passionate.* You question "why we've always done it this way" - and you're not afraid to build the answer
