Job Summary

We are looking for experienced AR Callers with robust knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. The candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding insurance claims, analyzing denials, and coordinating with insurance companies to ensure timely reimbursement.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Follow up with US insurance companies regarding unpaid, underpaid, or denied claims.
- Make outbound calls to insurance representatives to check claim status.
- Analyze claim denials and identify appropriate corrective actions.
- Work on aging AR and prioritize claims based on outstanding balances and follow-up requirements.
- Verify claim status, payment details, denial reasons, and authorization information.
- Document call outcomes and update account notes accurately.
- Initiate appropriate follow-up actions for denied or pending claims.
- Understand EOBs/ERAs and basic denial codes.




- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines.

Required Skills

- 14 years of experience in AR Calling / US Healthcare RCM.
- Good knowledge of the US healthcare billing and insurance process.
- Understanding of denials, appeals, claim status, EOB/ERA, and AR follow-up.
- Good English communication and convincing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in US/night shifts.

Preferred

- Experience handling physician or hospital billing.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers.
- Familiarity with healthcare billing/RCM applications and payer portals.
