- Typically 5 or more years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on implementation experience with HAM Pro and SAM.
- Working knowledge of hardware purchasing, receiving, inventory, and lifecycle management.
- Experience configuring software models, entitlements, reconciliation, and reclamation.
- Robust JavaScript and ServiceNow development skills, including Glide APIs.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, import sets, and transform maps.
- Familiarity with CMDB structures, CI relationships, and asset synchronization.
- Experience building Service Catalog items and fulfillment workflows.
Preferred
- Active ServiceNow CSA, CIS-HAM, or CIS-SAM certifications.
