Role & responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring resource efficiency and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Supervise the sales team's performance, offering guidance on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and goal setting.
- Manage inventory tasks, including stock ordering, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by executing attractive displays and promotional strategies.
- Analyze sales data to spot trends and identify areas for improvement.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Undergraduate with 7 years of experience as a Store Manager
- Graduate with 4 years of experience as a Store Manager (mandatory)
