Note: Only candidates meeting the qualification criteria (BBA, B.Com, M.Com, MBA) and 2+ years of international voice experience will be shortlisted during the screening session.

Job Description

We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Voice Process with a leading Multinational Corporation (MNC) based in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and hands-on experience handling international customer interactions.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

- Education (Strictly Mandatory): Must be a Graduate or Post-Graduate in BBA, B.Com,



M.Com, or MBA. (Candidates with other degrees or undergraduate status will not be considered.)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an International Voice Process (BPO/KPO/ITeS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal English communication with clear neutral accent and active listening skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer interactions, addressing queries, resolving complaints, and offering timely solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service quality, call compliance, and client-specific SLAs.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills on every call.

- Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs per week
- Transport: 1-Way Cab Facility provided (Pick-up or Drop based on shift timing)
