Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the overall Profit & Loss (P&L;) of the hospitality business.
- Develop and implement annual business plans, budgets, and growth strategies.
- Drive revenue growth through pricing, sales, distribution, and market strategies.
- Monitor financial performance and initiate corrective actions to achieve business targets.
- Establish and maintain operational, service, and compliance standards across properties.
- Oversee property performance through effective leadership of hotel management teams.
- Lead capital planning, asset management, refurbishment, and improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate current business opportunities, investments, and expansion projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, health, safety, and licensing requirements.
- Build high-performing teams and support leadership development across the organization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives and long-term growth.
