Qualification- Graduation must.
Exp- 1-2 Years in Retail Store Sales.
Location- Open for any locations of Kolkata. It can be in North, Central or South Kolkata.
Location- 20 days of Training in Lenskart Academy Gurgaon.

Requirements and skills
1. Proven experience as a sales representative or other sales/customer service role
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
3. Positive knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
5. Excellent knowledge of English
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
8. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
