Job Requirements Marketing Manager

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing and business development.

Hands-on experience in social media marketing and account management.

Knowledge of Google Ads creation, campaign management, and posting advertisements.

Skills in promotional video creation, editing, and content development.

Ability to design marketing creatives, posters, reels, and promotional videos.

Experience in lead generation through social media and digital platforms.

Must be willing to undertake fieldwork, client visits, and business development activities.

Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.

Ability to travel for client meetings and promotional activities.

Excellent communication,



negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate business leads.

Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Google Business Profile.

Ability to monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

Target-oriented, creative, proactive, and self-motivated.

Experience in real estate, property management, or facility management will be an added advantage.
