- Attending Customer Complaints
- Managing man power for internal inspection and other critical activities at site
- Attending shutdown activities at site where transformer is installed
- Providing technical guidance to customer as and when required
- Providing technical guidance to site engineer to attend the transformer failure complaints
- Managing short term projects (ARC - planning, attending meetings, preparation of Bar-chart for sharing with the customer)
- Negotiation with third party for site erection, commission & testing work at sites, once transformer reaches the site.
- Arranging inputs of IMS activities and MNCRM
- Review and verification of pre commissioning /post tripping /intermediate site testing results for clearance, technical approval
- Resolving transportation related technical queries by consulting quality & production department.
