- Key missions of the position:

- Purchasing Management: Managing purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, and coordinating with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
- Use of Oracle ERP system for all Business Tractions & SCC (Supply Chain Connect) for collaboration with Suppliers (PO Management, Promises & ASN)
- Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels according to Target to ensure INR Target & Turns are achieved.
- Supplier Performance Management: Ensure supplier is performing at desired level.
- Cost Control To manage logistics cost within Budget.
- Improvement Initiatives Ensure to take improvements initiative through CFT Collaboration.

Measurement

- S : 100% adherence to Safety Guideline. ZERO Damaged Pallets or Consignment receipt from suppliers.
- Q : Ensure NCMR parts are shipped back to supplier within 7 days. Rework of parts within 30 days.
- C : Meet Inventory Targets & Turns. No Excess Inventory & No Shortages.
- D : Supplier OTD >90%, OTP >96%
- P : Zero Line stoppage

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

Project Souring Execution:

- Review requisitions and convert them into purchase orders daily. Ensure >3 Days aging is ZERO. Any issue related to master data like ASL, SOB, Pricing etc. to be resolved with Sourcing and PO must be placed within 10 days for those cases. >10 Days ageing for whatsoever reason should be ZERO.
- Ensure PO acknowledgement & promise date from supplier through SCC (Supply Chain Connect Portal) for 100% of PO within 2 working days. Zero Exceptions. ASN all shipments.
- To take complete ownership of assigned Suppliers performance including OTD > 90%, OTP >96% , ZERO Documentation Error,



100% Compliance of Sharing Quality Documents with EACH shipment and improve overall delivery performance.
- Ensure to plan materials pick-up On Time with best route w.r.t. Cost and Delivery timeline to meet production requirements.
- Expedite Delivery when there is Pull In of demand or quality issue in Parts (NCMR, DMR) or stock adjustment etc.
- Share 2 months firm + 4 months to 18 months (depending on leadtime) forecast to supplier to plan long lead time parts & raw materials in advance.
- Conduct regular meetings with cross function team comprising Sourcing, SQE, QA, PPC, and Operations for resolving Open issues and ensure Delivery is not impacted for whatsoever reason.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock and ensure given Inventory Target both in INR/ M$ and Turns are achieved. Take actions to control Inventory
- Ensure Sub-contract execution on time and ageing is less than 30 days.
- Ensure supplier stock and account reconciliation is performed on Quarterly basis and ZERO ageing issues >90 days. Any Tax related / Payment related issues to be closed within 30 days.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve issues (damaged goods, incorrect shipments, invoice errors)
- Negotiate Safety Stock fill rate, Contract terms, lead times, and service levels with supplier. Support Localisation of Parts by Sourcing.
- Support Sourcing plan such as Make or buy, Localization and Transfer of Technology projects, dual sourcing.
- Ensure to share Daily, Weekly & Monthly KPI as per ask from Manager / Functional Heads.
- Work as a Team to ensure Organization level Goals are achieved.
- Participate in all CFT meeting, Gemba meeting, workshops to improve SPQCD.
- Ensure to adhere Safety, Quality & Compliance guidelines 100%
