About the Role

Conglomerate IT is looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR professional to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of end-to-end HR operations, build strong employee processes, support talent acquisition, and contribute to creating a positive and high-performance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition

• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction

• Manage attendance, leave, and employee records

• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and employee payroll queries

• Support statutory and labour-law compliance requirements

• Manage employee engagement and HR initiatives

• Handle employee relations and grievance management

• Support performance management, KRAs/KPIs, probation and confirmation processes

• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes

• Manage employee exits, clearance, and full & final coordination

• Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS

• Work closely with management and department heads on people-related matters.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field





• 37 years of relevant HR experience

• Solid knowledge of HR operations and recruitment

• Good understanding of Indian labour and employment compliance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and employee relationship management skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR systems

• Hands on Experience in KEKA Portal management

• Hands on Experience in PF & ESI portal and management

• Ability to work independently and take ownership
