Job Details

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI profiles.




- Source and screen candidates through Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Manage multiple requirements and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closures as per client requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Mandatory experience in BFSI recruitment.
- Good knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.
