Responsibilities

- Develop and configure Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions
- Design and develop Kronos integrations with external systems
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, SFTP, and Flat Files
- Develop and maintain inbound/outbound interfaces and data mappings
- Troubleshoot integration failures and production issues
- Perform testing, data validation, and deployment support
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements
