We are hiring experienced Customer Service Professionals for a Banking & Finance voice process in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, 2 years customer-handling experience, and a good understanding of banking and financial services.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer calls related to banking and financial services.
- Resolve customer queries regarding banking products, account-related services, transactions, and financial services.
- Provide accurate information about banking processes, policies, products, and services.
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, queries, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data privacy standards, and internal quality guidelines.
- Meet defined performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, call quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant departments whenever required.




- Deliver a professional customer experience while maintaining service quality and process standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a voice-based customer service process.
- B.Com graduate or any graduate with M.Com / MBA in Finance.
- English communication proficiency is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-handling and complaint-resolution abilities.
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial services.
- Willingness to work in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- CTC up to 6 LPA.
- Maximum salary hike of 40% on current CTC, subject to eligibility.
