Role Summary:
Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of the Record-to-Report (RTR) workstream on an Oracle ERP Cloud implementation, including General Ledger, Accounting Hub, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, and close/consolidation processes.

What Youll Do:
- Lead requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis for RTR business processes
- Configure Oracle General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Intercompany modules
- Design and validate Chart of Accounts structure, ledgers, and calendar setups
- Define accounting rules, allocation methodologies, and intercompany elimination/netting processes
- Document functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts for RTR processes
- Manage integration points with subledgers, tax, treasury, and consolidation/EPM tools
- Drive conversion strategy for GL balances, open AP/AR, fixed asset registers, and historical financial data
- Lead CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles for RTR scope; triage and resolve defects




- Partner with technical teams on custom reports, reconciliation tools, and close automation
- Support period-close readiness, dry-run close cycles, and go-live cutover planning
- Provide OCM support including training materials, process flows, and end-user enablement for RTR processes
- Act as primary client-facing point of contact for RTR scope; manage stakeholder expectations and status reporting
- Mentor junior functional consultants on the RTR track

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 8-10+ years of Oracle ERP experience with multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud RTR implementations
- Deep functional expertise in General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
- Solid understanding of multi-ledger/multi-currency architecture and consolidation processes
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience with EPM/FCCS or Hyperion integration
- CPA/accounting background
- Oracle Cloud certification in Financials
